The HAN-go cassette gas rice cooker was designed for Iwatani Corporation, a company primarily involved in integrated energy and industrial gas, which operates in a wide range of fields, including machinery and materials. Utilizing the features of cassette gas, we have achieved a cordless and hoseless way to enjoy the delicious taste of gas-fired cooking, in which each grain is heated evenly and cooked all at once. This makes it possible to cook delicious rice, the most essential foodstuff for the Japanese, anytime, anywhere, both indoors and outdoors. We achieved a low center of gravity by placing the cassette cylinder and combustion unit on a diagonal line at the bottom of the rice cooker. The rice cooker is stable and easy to carry, with a well-balanced handle and well-proportioned body. The lower combustion unit and the upper pot section can be disassembled for easy maintenance.
